Soft Skills Summary

Soft skills are skills that basically can't be taught. Such as communication, listening, etiquette...ect. Soft skills are a necessity to have in the work place. It is said that soft skills are needed to be a good employee. Some coorporations such as CEO say they are setting high demands for requirments for soft skills.  It is these skills that get most people hired, if not all.
